Google Sheets · analyze

Your P&L lives in a spreadsheet. So does your data now.

SellerDragon's spreadsheet surface: live data feeds and custom Dragon formulas in Google Sheets you own. Sales, inventory, financials, listings, Brand Analytics and PPC stats – pulled from Amazon's APIs, under your own formulas, with history backfilled on connect. No CSV downloads, no manual exports.

The feeds

What lands in your Google Sheet.

Install the add-on and use SellerDragon formulas in any Google Sheet you own. Point your existing model at the fresh columns and it keeps working – the data fills itself in. Browse the full formula reference

A Google Sheet with =DRAGON_SALES_TOTALS in the formula bar and the returned table below - one row per ASIN, one column per day of revenue
Google Sheets · one formula, a whole table

One formula, a whole table: =DRAGON_SALES_TOTALS("YourStore",,,,"10 days") returns ten days of revenue per product – live, under your own formulas. (Demo store shown.)

Sales & order analytics

Feed your P&L and velocity math – orders, units and revenue by ASIN and SKU, in the period buckets you choose.

Finance & settlement audit

Check what Amazon actually paid you – finance events, settlements, reimbursements, storage and overage fees.

Inventory, inbound & restock

Run your replenishment math on live inputs – FBA snapshots, inbound shipments, restock recommendations, stranded stock.

Product & listing data

Keep one product master to build everything else on – ASIN/SKU mapping, catalog fields, listings, metadata.

Listing health & issues

Catch a suppressed listing in your morning sheet – issues with severity and status, per product.

Brand Analytics / SQP

Bring search demand into your own analysis – Search Query Performance, query totals, ASIN and brand coverage.

PPC performance

Ad spend next to your margins – campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms and advertised products, as flat tables under your formulas.

Buy Box & pricing signals

Watch the Buy Box without opening Seller Central – status, offer rows, pricing signals.

Returns & performance

Spot the product whose returns are creeping up – FBA returns, return reasons, account health metrics.

History, backfilled

Start from trends, not a blank file – connect an account and your history comes with it.

Where we draw the line

PPC performance lands in the sheet too – campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms and advertised products, as flat tables under your formulas. Managing the ads stays in the control panel: bids, budgets, negatives and dayparting live in the dashboard, or your AI through MCP. And nothing writes back from the sheet – it's a numbers outlet in any shape you want. Model it, pivot it, break a formula at midnight: Amazon never notices.

Ownership

It's your sheet. We just deliver to it.

Your spreadsheet is probably a decade of accumulated judgement – restock math, margin models, the weird column only you understand. SellerDragon doesn't replace it. It feeds it.

Use the formulas in any sheet you own. Rearrange, add tabs, build on top – the data lands where you put it and your model keeps working.

The dashboard is our opinion of the right view. Your sheet is yours – the layout your client wants, the cut your month-end needs, the view nobody else would ship.

Built for operators whose real dashboard is a spreadsheet – the founder included.

The founder's own sales dashboard, rebuilt on the demo store – period picker, charts and a ranked product table, every cell fed by Dragon formulas.

Freshness

Fresh data, on every plan.

Some connectors tier their sync cadence by plan. SellerDragon does not – data freshness is never a pricing lever.

Data is never delayed, on any plan: as we get it from Amazon – typically within 15 to 60 minutes – it's ready for your sheet. The sheet itself pulls it in on Google's hourly refresh – Google's rule, not ours.

FAQ

Asked and answered.

How do I get Amazon seller data into Google Sheets automatically?

Install the SellerDragon add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace and connect your seller account. Your data – sales, inventory, financials, listings, Brand Analytics and PPC stats – is then available in any Google Sheet you own, filled in by SellerDragon formulas. New data is ready typically within 15 to 60 minutes of Amazon releasing it, and your sheet pulls it in on Google's hourly refresh. History is backfilled from the day you connect.

Does my existing spreadsheet keep working?

Yes. The formulas work in any sheet you own – point your existing model at the fresh columns and your restock math, margin models and layouts keep working. SellerDragon feeds your model; it doesn't replace it.

Can a spreadsheet change my Amazon account?

No. Sheets are read-only by design – nothing ever writes back to Amazon from a sheet.

Which data can I pull into Google Sheets?

Sales and orders, inventory and restock, financials and settlements, listings and listing health, Buy Box and pricing signals, Brand Analytics / Search Query Performance, and PPC performance – 43 formulas cover the account, fresh on every plan.

Your spreadsheet already works. Now it fills itself.
