Operator console · Amazon

Run your Amazon business. Your way.

Every number in your own Google Sheets. A dashboard that applies the change, not just charts it. And an MCP server so your AI can manage listings, PPC and inventory – with your approval on every write. Three ways in. One tool. Built by an operator.

One tool · three doors

Three ways in. Deliberately.

Operators switch modes all day: check the numbers, work the account, hand the busywork to something else. So the tool has three doors to the same account – pick the one that fits the job, or the hour.

Same account. Same isolated data. Every door on every plan.

09:05

Sheets

Coffee and the P&L. The data has been ready since 06:00. Ten minutes, in and out.

09:30

Dashboard

The morning pass: bids, budgets, negatives. Applied in half an hour.

10:15

MCP

"Anything stranded? What moved?" Two questions, answers staged.

11:40

Dashboard

Review the staged changes. Approve. Done.

That is the founder's actual rhythm: four touches, done before noon. A well-run account takes about an hour a day – the tool exists so it does.

Proof it is one system

Same truth. Three postures.

A SKU runs low on cover. Whichever door you are standing in, the account tells you – and the fix is never more than one approval away.

SD-OSLO-BLK – 12 days of cover at the current run rate. Inbound: none.

Ask about it and get the answer, not a report to dig through.

Door one · operate

A dashboard that closes the loop.

Dashboards diagnose. Operators act. Every tool can show you wasted spend – almost none put the fix on the same screen. SellerDragon does: see it, change it, done. Pushed through Amazon's APIs while you are still looking at the row that caused it.

Daily performance overview, PPC workbench with bulk bid edits and one-click negatives, dayparting where the data supports it, AI-assisted listing optimization – reviewed by you, pushed to the listing.

For the hands-on hours. See it, click it, move on.

Your P&L lives in a spreadsheet. So the data goes there – orders, sales & traffic, fees & settlements, inventory, listings, Brand Analytics – landed in sheets you own, under your formulas. History backfilled on connect. Fresh as fast as Amazon hands it over, on every plan.

No CSV downloads. No export button held for ransom. One deliberate exception: ad data stays in the control panel – too multidimensional to flatten into rows, and we won't pretend otherwise.

For the number nerds. You know who you are.

Door three · delegate

Your AI, on your account.
With a hand brake.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client to your seller account and ask for the work in plain language: check ranks, watch inventory, rewrite a listing, tune PPC.

Reads answer instantly. Writes never ship on their own: your AI stages the change, you review and approve, then it goes to Amazon. Every staged change is verifiable before and after. It's a control panel for your AI – every change ends with your approval.

Listings, PPC, inventory, keywords, notes and playbooks – the same isolated data the other two doors read, now one question away.

For the ones who would rather just ask.

Data isolation, by design

SellerDragon is built with account-level data isolation by design. Each seller account is stored in a separate database, so data from unrelated Selling Partners is not pooled into shared customer reporting tables.

Where an agency or authorized user manages multiple seller accounts, SellerDragon may provide consolidated views only for the accounts that user is authorized to access. These views are limited to that authorized user's own managed accounts.

SellerDragon does not combine data from unrelated customers for resale, benchmarking, publication, disclosure to other sellers, or insights about Amazon's business.

SellerDragon is not an FBM shipping, fulfilment, buyer messaging, or customer service tool. Any customer PII included in Amazon API responses is treated as unwanted data and discarded immediately during ingestion, before it is written to SellerDragon databases.

Fit check

Built for people who own a number.

For

  • Brand owners doing real volume, running their own account and their own P&L.
  • In-house operators – the person whose Monday starts in the ads console and the sheet.
  • Agencies running client accounts who want one panel, not eleven browser tabs per client.
  • Spreadsheet people and AI-natives alike. There is a door for how you already work.

Not for

  • People shopping for a tool to tell them what to sell. We assume you already sell.
  • Anyone who wants software to run the account unsupervised. Every door ends in your approval.
  • Course-funnel operators who need affiliate dashboards and swipe files. Wrong shop.

Why does SellerDragon exist? Because the founder runs a seven-figure Amazon account and got tired of tools built for the screenshot instead of the Tuesday. Read the story →

Questions

Asked and answered.

How do I get Amazon data into Google Sheets automatically?

Connect your seller account to SellerDragon and point a feed at any Google Sheet you own. Orders, sales, fees, inventory, listings and Brand Analytics land there automatically, typically within 15 to 60 minutes of Amazon releasing the data, with history backfilled on connect.

Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT to my Amazon seller account?

Yes. SellerDragon includes an MCP server that works with Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP-capable client. Your AI can read sales, ranks, inventory and PPC performance, and stage listing or PPC changes for your approval.

Is data delayed on cheaper plans?

No. Data freshness is identical on every plan. As we receive data from Amazon, you see it – sync speed is never a paid upgrade.

Can the AI change my account on its own?

No. Every write your AI proposes is staged with the exact before and after, and nothing is submitted to Amazon until you review and approve it. Approved changes are verified after submission.

Is my account data pooled or shared with other sellers?

No. Each seller account is stored in a separate database, data from unrelated sellers is never pooled or used for benchmarking, and buyer PII from Amazon API responses is discarded during ingestion before it reaches any database.

Run your account like you mean it.

SellerDragon is in private beta. Register your interest and we will be in touch as seats open – operators and agencies first.

Connects via Amazon's official SP-API and Ads API. Scopes you approve, revoke any time.
